SmartBook processes business account, staff, customer, appointment, consent, notification, audit, and integration data to provide appointment booking and management.

Data rights

Owners can export business data, request deletion, remove staff access, and process customer-data deletion requests.

Processors

Supabase, OpenAI, Google Calendar, Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Expo push notifications, email delivery, hosting, and monitoring providers may process data when enabled.

Deletion

In-app deletion is available from the mobile settings surface. Web deletion requests are available at /account-deletion.
